TATTOO APPOINTMENT REQUEST

Diary is currently:  OPEN (TEMPORARY)

Sessions are a set price of £720 (which includes VAT)

A deposit of £200 is required to secure the appointment, with £520 left to pay on the day.

Appointments are Tues-Fri at 11:00. After consent form, design approval, stencil application and drying, the tattoo will begin on or before 12:00, usually lasting around 5 hours, with a typical cut-off for ongoing work at 6pm.

In your request you will need to include images and description of the design idea, a photo of where it will go, and a photo of previous work if it’s ongoing/sleeve. These details must be provided each time, even by repeat clients.

Please send no more than one request per diary opening, but multiple ideas within the request are fine!

Please be sure of your design idea before you book; changes to design idea may mean you have to cancel your current booking and re-request a new slot. Due to my workload, all designs are drawn the evening prior to each
appointment, and consequently cannot be viewed in advance. Alterations
are no problem once the design is shown at the beginning of your
appointment.

Deposits for January-November appointments are only refundable with at least 48 hours notice of a cancellation.

Deposits for December appointments are not refundable/transferable under any circumstance, so please be 100% sure you can attend before making your booking.

It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that they are aware of any travel restrictions that might interfere with their journey to the studio. Flights, travel and accommodation are entirely the responsibility of the client, and neither Black Waltz or the artist are not liable for any associated losses or missed appointments.

All appointments are subject to short notice cancellation due to illness, government-imposed restrictions, bereavement, or other circumstances beyond control.
